All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Duties and Customs
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs and excise delays. Please note that Rio Moda cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. All items are sold subject to availability.
Our Guarantee
Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually dispatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advice you if there are likely to be any minor delays.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Returns Policy
At Rio Moda we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt if the tags remain attached and original packaging kept. We offer a FREE returns service for any items you may wish to send back within the UK. Simply detach the returns label provided with your order, attach it to the original package and post back to us. Once the goods have been returned and we are satisfied with their condition we will issue a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Returns should be made at your local Post Office via Royal Mail. Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 working days of our receiving your return.
