To add to basket: When you find an item that you love click on it and enter the details to suit your requirement such as size and colour. In the quantity box adjust the quantity if required. Click “add to cart”. You will be able to see a running total of your basket at the top of each page. Prices are shown in £ Sterling, € Euro or $ USA Dollar. At this stage you can amend the quantity, or remove any items. Click update if any changes are made.
To add another item: Click continue shopping and repeat the previous steps.
To go to checkout: Please select a delivery option from the dropdown menu. Once selected this will automatically adjust your total amount. If you have a promotional code, add to code or voucher number to the field marked and click ‘update’. Once you are happy with the items in your basket press the checkout button.
New Customers: Enter your registration details in all the fields indicated and click register. If your details are incorrect you can either edit the fields displayed or click reset to start again.
Existing Customers: Enter your login details. If you cannot remember your password please complete your email address and then click on the Forgotten Password link. We will email your password to the email address you specified.
Order Confirmation: This page displays all your order details together with a confirmation number. Please print out this page for your own use. You will also be sent all these details in an email.

VAT and Duty
All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
Duties and Customs information : All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs and excise delays. Please note that Rio Moda cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. All items are sold subject to availability.
Our Guarantee
Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advice you if there are likely to be any minor delays.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

Returns Policy
At Rio Moda we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a FREE returns service for any items you may wish to send back. Just simply detach the returns label provided with your order, attach it to the original package and post back to us. Once the goods have been returned and we are satisfied with their condition we will issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Returns should be made at your local Post Office via Royal Mail. Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 working days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Payment Methods
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£). Note: Customers from outside the UK should enter "123" when asked for their Post Code, otherwise their credit card details may not be approved for payment.
We also accept payment or part payment with the Rio Moda Gift Vouchers. These can be purchased from the web site.
