Delivery
All orders placed with riomoda.com will be despatched by DHL to arrive with UK & Ireland customers within 2-3 working days and to European customers within 3-5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Next Day delivery is available on all orders placed before 12.00 noon Monday - Friday.
Please note that During the Christmas Period last orders must be made before 12 noon on Thursday 20th December 2007 for Christmas Delivery. Any orders place after this time will be dispatched after the 2nd January 2008.

Express Delivery (Next Day)
Express Delivery (Next Day) is £4.95
For orders over £60.00 - FREE DELIVERY
To avail of Next Day Delivery for UK and Republic of Ireland, orders must be placed before 12.00 noon, Monday – Friday. Parcels will then be delivered the following working day. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
European Delivery Costs
European shipping costs are: €8.95
Please allow 3-5 days for the goods to reach you. There is no next day express
delivery for European Shipping.
Worldwide Delivery Costs
Worldwide Postage is charged at cost up to a maximum of $15.00. Please allow
5-7 days for the goods to reach you.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Returns should be made at your local Post Office via Royal Mail (for UK customers).
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
