RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. However if for any reason you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch (all returns require a Returns Authorisation Number which can be acquired via the steps below). Please check all stock fully upon receipt to ensure you are happy with the quality and condition of the goods.

If you are not fully satisfied with any of the products you have purchased within this 14 day period and wish to return any of them, or if you discover that any of the items received are defective in any way, we will be happy to arrange for these items to be returned to our warehouse. Please note the procedure below that should be followed to ensure that the relevant credit or refund is applied to your account without delay.

  • Please call or email our Customer Services Help Desk and request a Returns Form.
  • Please complete the form and email/fax it back to us.
  • You will issued with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be clearly quoted on the outside packaging of the items being sent back and on any relevant correspondence.
  • Additional credit for any postage charges incurred up to maximum value of £5 will also be applicable. (If requested)
  • Alternatively, our Customer Services Team will be happy to arrange a collection for any goods where the charges incurred are in excess of £5.
  • We will no longer accept returns without a Returns Authorisation number. Any package returned that does not display this Authorisation number will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Faulty items will only be refunded if received into our warehouse within a year of the delivery date.

Upon receipt back into our warehouse, all returned stock will be inspected by our QC Department and our Returns Department will also check that the correct products have been returned and that they match those quoted on the Authorisation form. A full refund on any item(s) returned is wholly conditional upon the above terms being met. Our intention is to complete this credit process within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods back into our warehouse.
