At Rio Moda, we aim to make ordering our products are easy and efficient for you as possible and we extend this policy to our delivery terms.
All standard orders placed with RioModa.com will be despatched using Parcel Force to arrive with UK & Ireland customers within 2-3 working days and to European customers within 5-6 working days. Please see our pricing below to determine which delivery best suits your requirements.
Next Day delivery is available on all UK and Ireland orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is not available on Bank Holidays or weekends. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Next day delivery must be selected as the delivery option at checkout.
UK and Ireland
Standard Delivery. Any order to the UK by standard delivery is £4.95. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00. Please allow 2-3 days for the goods to reach you.
Express Delivery (Next Day) is £5.95
European Delivery Costs
European shipping costs are £6.95.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the goods to reach you. There is no next day express delivery for European Shipping.
Worldwide Delivery Costs
Worldwide Postage is charged at cost of £14.95.
Please allow 5-12 working days for the goods to reach you.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. (Terms & Conditions)
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
